Who We Are
This website is operated by GALLOPHER, Europe ("Gallopher", "we"). For anything in this policy, we are the data controller and you can reach us at privacy@gallopher.com.
What We Collect and Why
When you email us: we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and, if things go further, to work together. The legal basis is taking steps toward a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We keep correspondence as long as it stays relevant to the relationship.
Analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4): only if you opt in through the cookie banner. Google Tag Manager loads GA4, which collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device information, and sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. If you never opt in, none of this happens.
Hosting logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses in standard server logs for security and operations. The legal basis is legitimate interest in running a website that works and isn't abused.
Who We Share Data With
Google, for GTM/GA4 and only if you consented (data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), and our hosting provider. That's the list. We don't sell personal data and we don't use ad networks.
Your Rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or to stop processing it, and you can withdraw analytics consent whenever you like. Email privacy@gallopher.com and a human will handle it.
We work with clients in the EU/EEA, so where GDPR applies to you, you have the full set of GDPR rights, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Retention and Security
Correspondence is kept while it's relevant and deleted when it isn't. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' default retention settings. The site is served over HTTPS, and we don't store personal data on the website itself. It's a static site.
